Unfortunately not true to size and swimmers are too small . Sale item so cannot return . Disappointed. Delivery was slow \.

Terrible service, ordered multiple pieces took a couple wks to arrive. Quality is pretty poor, very flimsy not flattering at all. Yes the patterns are beautiful but I wouldn’t wear because of how poorly they were made and sizing all over the place. Not being able to return is just stealing your money.

Poor service, unreasonable

I order a few size 30 board shorts for my teenage son. When they arrived I could tell straight away that the hank ones were not a size 30 despite have a 30 on the tag. They were a lot bigger than the other two size 30s that I ordered. When I emailed to say they were the incorrect size I was told as they were on sale I was unable to exchange or return these ones as they weren’t faulty, even though they clearly had the wrong size tag on them. I was offered a 15% off my next purchase but after this experience I will not be making any future purchases. I have brought many items in the past and haven’t had any drama with them but after how poorly this was handled I will not be back. Terrible customer service

Every other piece of swimwear I have bought here was fantastic. This piece is not right for me and no return policy means I won’t shop here ever again.
