Took a long time to arrive. Clip came off strap on first wear. Lacked correspondence as to when my parcel was coming. No free gift

I didn’t like the pattern on me and the fit wasn’t great. I was skeptical buying an XL but went with the size guide - I think I should have tried the large. I had all sorts of issues with the exchange, first being told I wasn’t allowed one due to item being on sale. The item was not on “final sale” or significantly reduced and only after repeated emails and prolonged time to reply was a granted an exchange. The exchange portal would not allow me to exchange for two lesser priced items - so now I have a store credit I’m not likely to use as I don’t like the fit of the exchange either. Note to self: never buy swimwear online!!

i received the incorrect bikini top + a headband which i did not order + no mystery gift, unless the mismatching headband is the mystery gift

Disappointed in the Sandy Shirt Dress Fruity Seabed as its a very tight fitting for an XS.
