I finally received my order 4 weeks after placed it and when I opened it my top was the wrong size. I ordered everything in a medium but the top was a large. When I emailed to advise of the pickers mistake, I was asked to send back the top (which I was fine with) however the email stated it was subject to inspection and availability. It made me feel like I was guilty when I didn't actually do anything wrong. A new top should have been sent out to me straight away without question when it was the companies fault. I was more than happy to return the other top because it was too big but I felt the situation could have been handled better

Slow shipping, but it was around Christmas time. Responsive, however was disappointed I was not allowed to change size (due to the item being on sale). I can't use this piece as a result

two orders, one arrived quickly the other took a few weeks. Quality is lovely but the sizing is inconsistent

got a few pieces during the sale . . very hit and miss . . definetely a brand you want to try on first
