I haven’t received my shipment. Fed Ex says they can’t find the tracking number that Impo sent to me in the notice that my package was on the way. Did Impo use Fed Ex as the shipper? Fed Ex seems to think the tracking number you gave me isn’t one of theirs. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. (Tracking # 9261290304433208482581)Thank you.

We received these lovely shoes. The only issue is the delivery status was not efficiently updated when using the tracking number.

I have not received my shoes yet. I ordered them on December 6.

I purchased 3 pairs of sandals and I love them all. The site was user-friendly and the shipping time was very reasonable, especially during the holiday rush.
