I ordered 4 pair of the Lumberjack Boot Socks Adult Large Short in Red & Grey. I received them on time. One of the of the pairs was the wrong size so I emailed customer service. Raine got back to me quickly right after Christmas. He was able to help me and did so very kindly and quickly.
