I have had no problem with IlI quality or service. I have purchased several IlI handbags over the years.

I bought three bags: a camera bag, a cosmetics bag, and a crossbody. I ended up choosing the black camera bag and am using it as my everyday purse. It’s really sturdy and has enough space for everything I need. I especially like the credit card slots—they actually feel secure. In some purses those slots can be flimsy, but in this one my cards stay in place and don’t feel like they’ll slip out. I also love the bright colors I picked for the other two bags—the coral cosmetics bag and the blue patchwork crossbody. The colors matched the website really well, so no surprises there. The crossbody is a great size and has plenty of compartments (front, back, and inside) for things like keys and my phone. It’s tall and thin, which I like when I don’t need to carry the world with me (snacks, lotion, meds, etc), just the necessities. The patchwork looks great, and I’m excited to use it more in the summer. The cosmetics bag fits everything I need easily. If anything, I wish it had a few compartments inside to keep things a bit more organized. Right now I keep a smaller ILI bag inside it for smaller items, and that works pretty well.
