iFLY Luggage

Unable to obtain warranty online. Emailed and was told to look at the same website I was already looking at. They asked me to reply to an email with my purchase receipt and a picture of my new luggage to get the warranty.

Shipping was swift. Walmart sells the product significantly cheaper. I would never have purchased from iFly but the two I bought was a gift and Walmart was out of the colors requested. So I spent $60 more than I needed to when I bought straight from iFly. This is the first time I’ve ever spent more from the supplier than the box store.

Shipping good. I will try to return and we will see.

Great shipping. Nice packaging. But my suitcase already has a rip in the side.

I would love a refund since the wheel broke during the first use.
