iFLY Luggage

My new suitcase is beautiful and seems sturdy. I was sad that it was significantly dented on its very first flight. This was my first time with a hard cover suitcase and I didn't expect the damage to show so soon. I know luggage is made to be beaten up, and this is purely a cosmetic complaint. So far the suitcase is still sturdy and my belongings were safe. Still, I do enjoy things that look nice. I'll just remember that the hard cover took the hit instead of the contents.

Shipping was good. I don’t feel like I got a good value for my money. The suitcase went on sale a week after I ordered mine.

Shipping was kind of annoying. It ships with fed ex and you have to be home to sign for it. And I was at work when it came so I had to have it sent to the fed ex store. But other than that it was a smooth pick up.

Arrived with some damage on large and medium tote

The quality of this product is far below expectations.
