IFly has been great to work with and I like the products. They also handled a warranty claim very quickly with no issues. Only complaint was I understood there was a TSA lock on the bag which turned out to not be true. All in all I still like the bag. Just won’t be locking it!

My husband bought me a large four-wheel suitcase for Christmas. I wanted to register it but he did not keep the receipt so I called the company and they had me take pictures of it and thanks to technology I have my warranty in place. Thank you
