Very bad im so un happy

Very poor replies from customer service when I had a genuine problem. They requested a video which I submitted but they didn’t seem to think the problem was ‘bad’ enough for them to bother.

The product was nothing like the picture in real life. The quality was not like picture and it did not fit the AirPods properly. I do not recommend 😡

Awful quality
