Great service but the necklace case broke within one day

Delivery time was alright, not too long and not very quick

The shipping a month ago was perfect as items would arrive within 3 days , but unfortunately I’m having to wait over a week for delivery.

Shipping was quick but item not the same as picture

Service seemed OK
