Not that good

Absolutely shocking customer service. The order hasn't arrived and it's been past the 10 day period that is promised from dispatch. I have requested therefore a return to sender and refund. They have told me the item will be returned to them in 18 days and I will not be refunded, so it's basically theft.

Shipping rubbish, staff rude when emailing say it’s because they are busy with sales? That’s not my problem

Terrible, no refund and no response to follow up emails to find out what is happening.
