The Customer service team have
The Customer service team have a very good communication skills. They were flexible as well to deliver the earing in a different address in India. Respond time was very professional. However, I was disappointed and discouraged about the high duty tax, I had to pay £140 to release the items which I did not budget for. Overall service were excellent. I would love to purchase more stuff as Masaba have my type of indian wear...but the tax is too much and ridiculous.
