I returned the product a week ago and still have not received the refund

I did not enjoy my experience with Hourglass Angel . I never got to receive my product. Kept emailing n calling it was always their office was closed I would state calling at 10:30 until. I should’ve really check into this company before I sent my money very very disappointed .

Too small

Service was good and the product arrived quickly. Terrible quality! I've ordered around 10 or 11 waist trainers over the years from this company and the recent trainers that I purchased were garbage. I will never order from nor recommend this company to anyone ever again.
