Still waiting on a exchange from ordering from 10/12 and still waiting and they ran out of my size and I’m still waiting

It’s been over a month and still nothing in the Mail, tracking number is invalid. I was so excited, but I am feeling discouraged about the legitimacy of the sight. Hoping that I am able to get a refund
