It was sent with the wrong address name. My name was no longer there, instead there was only the name of the post office that wanted to send it to. Customs therefore demanded $150 from me to send it on. I had already contacted hourglassangels and informed them that the package would not be sent on. When I found out why it was not being sent on and that I would have to pay so much money, I contacted them again. However, I never received a single response. I paid $40 for express delivery. In total, including the value of the goods, I paid $99. I never received the goods and I never received a response either. I lost $99. I told customs that they should send the package back, which they confirmed. However, I don't know if they will really send it back. I doubt it. Iam very dissatisfied because I don't receive any responses to emails from you. I only lost money by ordering from you.

ordered a corset in size M from Hour Glass Angel, but they sent me a size S instead. I’ve been trying to reach them for over a week—emails, calls, and messages—but nothing has worked. Their customer service is extremely unresponsive and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them if you expect proper support and accuracy with your order.

I want to exchange it

I purchased a large according to the measurements it had no stretch so I have not been able to wear it however all sales are final so I’m stuck with it. I ordered something from another site so if I don’t get down to where I can wear it I’ll give it away. I have ordered latex waist trainers from this site before and they were stretchy and worked well. I don’t know what’s happened to the material.
