It took too long to receive my product. I contacted Hourglass a week after I made the purchase and it wasn't shipped until a week later.

way too small even though I measured and no returns or exhanges

Terrible experience as money was spent , article does not fit and no refund and no exchanges for correct size! Extremely disappointed!!!
