do not replace damaged received item

Their sizing is way off, go up 2-3 sizes Just received 2 waist trainers and need to send them both back because sizing was so off and they have no stretch to them! Don't like how I'll have to pay shipping to return and one item was on sale so hope I can return it and get something else or that's a big wast of money for something I could never fit into! I'm 5'9. long torso, around 165 size 7/8 or 9/10 in jeans and wear a med in waist trainer I bought before! Ordered yrs ago from them and loved their waist trainers, the quality, sizing and comfort and are still like new, just wanted new ones to start wearing them again and only have one like those I ordered! I'll post on my returns and if I ordered something else or just got a refund!

Seems like the corset is made out of good material BUT sizing is waaaaay off.

Hourglass Angel has some very great, innovative products -- but some seriously compromised customer relations and support. I feel that their customer (mis)handling will restrain the business from the growth it deserves.
