Love Hotter shoes but love the purchase process and quick ship even more. Have purchased several pair of Hotter shoes over the past few years via online and always receive the shoe/sandals in quickly and in perfect condition.

It took a few weeks to receive the shoes.

Shipping seemed slow.

As stated above, the delivery was later than expected. Overall, very happy with the order.

Did not get a shipping notice but responded quickly to my email. Tracking information was not very accurate but the package did come from overseas.
