Never had a problem before BUT this order has taken months due to some “technical difficulties” which have not been fully explained. Last communication 2 weeks ago said expected to be processing orders within 2 weeks - still no news. AND NOW I am being asked for feedback - what on? Hopefully this means order is now on the way? - but I have not been told this and nothing has been received.
