First parcel came on time & was apparently delivered to a neighbour that has no knowledge of that parcel delivery,as you can imagine I was disappointed to say the least, as I now have to track back who I purchased item from/email them ect, & I’m in the construction industry & not too hot on doing all this kind of online stuff. The easiest way for me to deal with this situation rather than email,was to make a phone call to Holland’s & actually speak to a human being (lol). I think the name of the lady I spoke to about my dilemma was Emma (from Grimsby). An absolute breath of fresh air. She said leave it with her & she’d contact delivery company,but it’s a process that takes 48hrs for them to reply blahdeblah. Emma called me back as she said she would,then left me a follow up voicemail & then 48hrs later my parcel was delivered. In a nutshell,she’s a real credit to her employers. Would I buy from Holland’s again? 100% yes. Excellent product,excellent company to deal with & a customer service team second to none. You should consider giving that lady a promotion or a pay rise guys. 👍 Regards, Steve
