Delivery was slower than usual but it is the summer season. Always packed beautifully. Had to order a couple of sizes so I could choose the best fit. Returns are very easy and timely.

Every experience I have had with Holland Cooper never disappoints whether I’m shopping online or at the Boutique in Cheltenham I have had the nicest experience especially when my husband arranged a personal shopping appointment with Cordelia in November for my Birthday it was a true ‘Pretty Woman’ moment. We had a second one in June - more for my husband this time. Mel was amazing and looked after us so well. We had a fabulous time and are so looking forward to our next one.
