Shipping was wonderful everything about the company was great all but the glasses are coming apart

I have not received my sun glasses yet The postman said they could have been stolen from my mailbox I live in a nice neighborhood I doubt someone took them from my mailbox Parcels should be signed for

I have not received the sunglasses!
