I have a 10/10 experience with hey harper so far. The rings last much longer than my rings from other brands. The finish is beautiful. The feel high quality. Shipping information is always updated by dhl, which I appreciate. I once had a missing product and it seemed that I talked to an actual human in customer service. That was awesome. Her service was also great. I wanted the product replaced and I think it is great that that is an option. Some companies don’t offer that. The price of the products is fair. Restock messages work. So everything I want from a brand hey harper delivers. I also really like the ring size guide that made me decide to purchase. Maybe weight information on the earrings would be nice, if they don’t exist yet. However it’s still a 10/10 experience. Please keep up the great work!

All my jewelry darkens or turns green. Nothing happened to any of the jewelry I bought from Harper, not even from sweat or water. I'm delighted. The coloring is vibrant, high-quality, and doesn't look cheap.
