I love the site, selection, shipping was fast. One of the items I got is a total winner. The other is considerably more worn than I thought it would be - it's visibly pilly, which is hard to see in the photos and not mentioned in the description. I'm bummed, but the other item is great!

The products are great! I had difficulty with the website but will get used to it.

I was charged the asking price instead of the agreed price and my attempts to rectify this were ignored. It is my first and last problem with poshmark. I like the bag, though.

You should not advertise items you are not ready to send. Waited 11 days and my order was not shipped. Was told it could be another 10 days so I cancelled.

Received a nice response to my original message for more information about an item, however my request ended up getting completely ignored, despite customer service saying they’d tell me the next morning. I followed up two times and have not heard anything after half a week.
