On of the items I purchased has a stain. It was listed as excellent condition. Also, shipping was advertised as $3.00, but came to $6.00. I don't think that it's the company for me. Now that I'm considering the entire experience. 3 stars is very generous. Should be 1.

My order was marked as delivered, but never arrived. Customer service has been friendly and responsive, but the company does not have a policy for what to do in this situation.

I received the pants, they were new with tags but with white stains on the back and long hairs inside, not quite happy about that unfortunately.

I ordered an item and it still hadn’t been shipped after 9 days. There was no communication I contacted customer service to find out the status. Customer service said that they were unable to find the item so they refunded me. Customer service was responsive but it would have been nice to receive an email regarding the status.

I was excited to take advantage of the free item promo and picked a great pair of jeans. When they arrived and I was trying them on I found trash (plastic wrap from the top of a wine bottle and other stuff) in one pocket. I thought items were cleaned before being dispatched so I was a bit surprised by this discovery. Notwithstanding the jeans themselves are great.
