The clothes that we ordered met our expectations. I suggest that you add more descriptions about sizes, fabric, and condition. For example, there were pants but the length was not always mentioned. Also, the package arrived when we were away, and our friend who brought it in because the box said “keep frozen”. This caused some confirm. Thanks.

The clothes I received were good quality so I understand why they are priced the way they were. This works great for men or teens. However, the one item I ordered for myself did not fit and there is no return policy. Because everything was deeply discounted it wasn’t a big deal but I don’t know that I could order much for myself knowing how much sizing varies between manufacturers. This is not your fault, there’s no sizing regulation for women’s clothes but it makes it hard. Also one of the items in my order was missing. Customer service is looking for it now.

Shopping for used clothing online felt a bit unconventional. I prefer to see and feel the item when purchasing used apparel. Still, the website and checkout experience were on par with other online retailers. And the prices can’t be beat! One suggestion I have is to reduce the size of the packaging. When the one item I ordered did arrive, it was in a box 4X the size of the contents.

sturdy packaging, found sizes alttle difficult, wish there were shoes and bags, my selections were in great shape and i’m very pleased!

Website was easy to navigate, well organized, and logically categorized. I would recommend including a more detailed description about each item, such as type of fabric and care instructions (dry clean only, hand wash). Shipping was fast and trouble free -consider using smaller boxes for fewer items? Great idea for the company- have you considered advertising online to reach a broader audience?? What do you do with items that are not sold? (Add to company story).
