I took advantage of Helpsy's "one free item" website launch promotion, and ordered a red winter jacket. It arrived quickly and was in excellent condition, exactly as pictured. The only possible improvement might have been if the jacket fill was listed on the website as down. (I was thrilled that it was, but others might have wanted to know in advance.) The listed price was excellent for this item!
