Purchased frames and prescription lens early last year. Not long after receiving them, started to notice problems with one eye. Had new prescription for the one eye and probable diagnosis of a cataract. Put off surgery because of Covid, but needed new lens. Heavyglare replaced the one lens at no charge. Finally had surgery this year and was able to buy just the single lens and insert it myself. Quick, accurate, even sympathetic (!) response. This is my 3rd pair of prescription frames and lens from Heavyglare.

Barrcuda's B300's remain the only goggles that will not bruise the skin around sensitive eyes. They are comfortable and durable. I buy them only from Grant at Heavyglare because he is prompt, pleasant and knowledgable whereas I don't like dealing with Barracuda since they went under new ownership.
