I’m not sure what changed with the quality.

Shipping was delayed 2 weeks

I did not care for the design of the midcaps. I've wore them before and Iiked the earlier versions/design better.

The hat in the picture is not like the hat that was purchased. The quality is severely lacking, missed stitches, extra material, etc. Couple that with a poor ability to return the product without incurring significant cost, I won't be ordering from headsweats again.

Rescue visor in good shape, the other two arrived with the area above the brim smashed and wrinkled. Very disappointing as I own 4 of your products
