Shipping of your too small product was efficient. Your service will only be excellent when you make products in a range of sizes instead of One Size Fits All.

It’s fine but not my favorite purchase. I was overall disappointed with the visor and hat I purchased.

With the draw string, hat should be bigger. I geve you a 5 star based on my large head, owned several race hats, with strap maxed just fits and love your trucker hats. Didn’t bother returning. Turned it over to a pro outrigger paddler based in Hawaii. Hope you get some love form HI

Too small

I’m used to buying stuff on Amazon and not paying shipping (well, I do through my memebership) so $5 seemed a bit much for such a light weight item. I couldn’t find my original order and ended up ordering a 2nd hat by mistake. So now I have to decide whether it’s worth it to pay for shipping to return it. So, not thrilled with Headsweats.
