Call centre is non-existent and would appreciate a certain level of personal support when one is spending over £500 per order

Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the ties and the very competitive price. I'm somewhat less impressed with the after sales service. First of all, one of the ties was not of the required size (non slim). Also, one of the ties which I ordered online (in the sales), ie was presented as being available, suddenly appeared not to be available anymore. I was offered either a refund or the possibility to choose another item for the same price. The only glitch was that when this was notified to me, several days after the order, there were no items at the same price anymore. Not a major gripe but a little flexibility would have been appreciated taking into account H&C's mistake.

The loafer looks nice, there was loose stitch that I had to glue up. It negatively affected my whole experience of the loafer. I presume some quality control person didn’t do a good job. I read reviews of complicated returns so didn’t want to go through that.

Shipping back from USA is a little confusing. Some of your shirts you sent arrived damaged. Some hangars were broken. Couldn’t see from the pics that the button holes in the sleeve were not real. Which is a let down.
