I was disappointed with the service I received on this order.
Despite sending three emails and three phone calls, I was not assisted.
Having experienced this, I was left with no option but to cancel the order.

Overall poor and disappointing. Very reluctant to use again.
Ordered on line. Informed of dispatch and delivery. Delivery did not happen. Helpful CS person tried to re order but could not so issued refund for all items when only 2 were out of stock? I have received three emails asking for a review!

Terrible customer service
Customer service is terrible I spent ages trying to get through by phone one time being on hold for 12 mnutes then being told there was no one to take my call please call back also email response took four days to get a reply. I was sold an item then told I could not return it without giving me any valid reason after complaining I did get a refund

Not happy
Online customer service is great. However the sales lady in Westfield was quite rude. No smiling face,
not willing to help when I asked for the stock availability. Very disappointed.
