The shipping time was quick and orderly, however I received a hoodie that already had small stains on it directly out of the packaging. It’s a cream colored hoodie and I work on cars a lot so I figured I’d ruin it regardless, but for $70 it’s unfortunate to receive it like that. The fit is good though, and soft material

Reached out to customer service letting them know I never review my package. They told me that it would be resent and still have not had any package or other communication

recently i ordered a shirt and a package of bracelets. i received the shirt, and there was not one bracelet in there. i reached out to customer service twice and not one response after 4 days. really disappointing because their stuff if very good

I ordered a hoodie for my girlfriends birthday, and was sent the wrong size. The only way to contact the company is through email. I was sent an automated email saying it will take “2-3 business days” to get back to me. It has been almost 2 weeks, her birthday has passed, and still no response…
