The pandemic has been an exercise in patience when it comes to shipping, as well as the ultimate test of customer service. My order had quite the travel odyssey, twisting and turning its way through the country seemingly as the bird flies--starting in South Carolina, routing to Las Vegas and ultimately coming to me in Southern California, several days later (as one generally does when in Sin City). Through it all, Louise in Customer Support was there with me, monitoring my dress's bizarre cross-country trek.
