FedEx package got lost for awhile. Called the store…they refunded total amount and were incredibly pleasant and friendly through the whole process. Then the package arrived. I let them know and they credited me 20% for my “trouble.” Great customer service!

Wrapped beautifully. It felt like opening a present. Although, I might prefer not to have a box inside of a box to save on paper waste. Perhaps keep the tissue and ribbon with a smaller, sturdy outside box?
