Excellent to deal with. I wasn't sure on size and their sizing recommendation didn't quite work for me. I'm a 10D/E on the Brannock device and ended up working down through 9. 5, 9, and finally 8. 5E before landing on the right fit. They made the whole thing easy with free returns and simple shipping, so even though it took a few tries to dial in the size, the experience was excellent from start to finish.
