My experience with Grant Stone was excellent from start to finish. Everything was packaged with an incredible amount of care. The boots, shoe trees and accessories all had their own protection, with multiple layers of boxes, foam and wrapping ensuring there was virtually no chance of anything being damaged in transit. The boots arrived with dust bags, spare laces, a polishing cloth and even the signature shoehorn/bottle opener, which added a nice touch. It’s clear that Grant Stone cares about the entire customer experience, not just the boots themselves. Considering these travelled all the way to Europe, everything arrived in perfect condition. The attention to detail in the packaging and presentation was every bit as impressive as the craftsmanship of the boots.
