Non existent customer service- no number to call and just poor quality chatbots

The added leather to the side is compromised

Unfortunately not too happy about delivery...... Especially as I gave my details but item delivered else where.

Looks nice good delivery time but buckle broke after wearing for 2nd time very dissapointing
