Every single item I have purchased from Glass Ladder is premium quality, extremely functional, thoughtfully designed, and looks amazing. There was an issue with two products I received, but I reached out to customer service and they replaced both the products and even sent me a little gift because the one exchange took a bit of time to arrange (this is absolutely not normal - there were extenuating circumstances - the other exchange was completed immediately).
