Glass Ladder & Co.

Fast customer service and super helpful! I misunderstood something about when I would receive my bag so I reached out. My question was answered and explained right away! This is why I love to shop small! The quality of the products are amazing and you get such personable customer service.

Great product, very pleased with it and love how it looks

Spoke with Danielle during the winter launch and she was so lovely!!! Absolutely amazing with answering my questions in such a timely manner and helped me with updating the shipping address before anything was sent out as well. This team sincerely cares about each of us and their products. Wouldn’t want to support any other company. Thank you !!!

They are so amazing! They are very helpful and helped to answer all my questions. The shipping was pretty fast too.
