Company was easy but I didn’t love that there weren’t any updates after I ordered other then once it was shipped

Thankful for their Instagram which has lots of photos and videos showing all parts of the products so you know what to expect!

Glass Ladder & Co have the worlds greatest customer service team and they are very quick and prompt to respond to any messages. They are also on it when it comes to sending out email confirmations as well as shipping updates. Love love love everything about this company and the products they sell.

Shipping was pretty fast, took about two weeks total from when i ordered to receiving it. The bag came in pristine condition with great packaging.
