I had an issue with a bag I ordered and Glass Ladder easily gave me a new purse after a few emails back and forth due to the warranty. Very easy to deal with overall.

The weight is balanced, the size is perfect for my proportions. I spent the whole day carrying the bag completely full and I had no struggles with carrying it. I would like the pocket in the back to be deeper but it's not a dealbreaker. I definitely will get it in a different colour and smaller size (like a mini Malala, it would be so cute!) I got this after exchanging the large Michelle and while I wish I could afford to keep both of them, I don't regret exchangin them. The Michelle or large Everly is next.
