Very bad experience, shipping service was bad, you told me 3-5 business days, and it has passed 7 business and still never arrived. I don't live in the address where you send me the hat and I left on January 17. I talked with Mike last week to cancel the shipping as I saw it was delayed because you didn't read and email I send answering a question you made me. Terrible experience
