Getting a return label is difficult. System won’t let me access my order to create label.

Took a while to get it and the courier actually delivered to the wrong unit but my building management sorted it out immediately

Overall shipping and service were great, shoes I bought were not

Purchase went smooth. Beanie hat way overpriced at $95 for quality/value and lack of softness. It's an itchy stiff fabric hat that feels like recycled polyester.
