Order cancelled with no explanation

Terrible. Poor customer service. Very slow and incomplete responses from Andrea. Still waiting after days for a reply to my last email. Need to return the item and need more clarity and provision of full paperwork being requested by the courier. All so complicated. Email queries are overlooked and not read properly and not responded to in good time. Will not order from here again.

Poor service. Didn't get the item I paid for. It was my very first purchase from you and it will be the last.
