Collar was poorly packaged so the labels are bent and scuffed, which isn't great for a present. I would have expected it to be nicely presented, given Ganni brands itself as luxury.

Shipping was fast but the packaging of such an expensive product was very poor. I would expect a suit to be sent in a box to protect it, even high street shops do this. Instead it came in a bag within a bag, both bags had dirt on them and were totally creased to hell had obviously been mishandled during their journey. This meant that by the time the products reached my home they were no longer folded inside the bag (if they ever were) and they were very creased. The returns process was interesting, though it did get done it is rather complicated. I understand this is due to customs etc but I’ve never had to deal with such a complicated returns process which involved emailing Ganni for information for the forms, filling out 3 forms and the returns ganni form, sticking one outside of the parcel and handing one to the courier (who said she didn’t need it but I was told to do this in the email and so she took it anyway but I’m sure just ended up on the floor of her van). The suit itself was a disappointment, the materials just didn’t feel or look high end, the cut of the suit was not in any way suitable for anyone with curves and the sleeves were way too long. All in all it didn’t make one want to use Ganni again.
