I LOVE Ganni and have been a loyal customer since day one. The fabulous online photos and styling, including using models of all shapes and sizes is fabulous too. Additionally, the very accurate individual product measurements are fabulous when it comes to online shopping and has massively cut down on returns, which is great for everyone! But i would say customer service although very friendly can be a little hit and miss. The Live Chat option has been a huge improvement, but anything that requires an email reply, can take several days to get a response, by which times items have often sold out. Also, the Evri shopping option is very slow. Expect it to take about a week to get if ordering to the UK. The DHL option is very speedy, but obviously much more. However, countering that, the return process, post Brexit, has been really streamlined (no more triplicates of paperwork!) which is a great relief.
