Great quality and great customer service

Always a good experience shopping at Gaidama. The only thing I would call out - and this is nit picking - is I have point accumulated and it was not directly clear to me that I couldn't use points on a cart with discounted items. The other thing I would call out is I don't understand why there is a banner at the bottom of the page when you have points to convert to a code on top of having the same feature during checkout. The option of using the points during checkout seem very easy to use. I was a bit confused about the banner. But I reached out to customer support and they were very quick, polite and helpful. They offered a solution right away, so the communication was to the point, not bloated, and I was very happy with the resolution. I am a super fan of gaidama and I wish more or my female grappling partners in Canada could try out the gear. It is a daunting experience to order clothes online from a different country, not knowing if it's going to fit and having to deal with customs and delays in shipment. I hope Gaidama will eventually have a presence in Canada. :)
