Love these pumps! I wear a US size 12, and they fit perfectly. They are somewhat narrow in the toe, but then that is the nature of this kind of pointy toed pump, so no surprise there. The sole is thin due to its styling, so it doesn’t have a great deal of padding. I got pink. The finish is bright and shiny and tough. I’ve worn them several times and have not gotten a scratch or scuff yet. At 4” These are the highest heels I own. I don’t wear them for more than a couple of hours at a time. When walking, I do feel some pressure on my toes. When sitting they are completely comfortable. They look great!
